Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your EZStick Screen™, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We provide refunds on any orders made and unused within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If a component is found to be defective under normal use within 30 days of the purchase date, we will offer a repair or a direct replacement at no cost to you minus a $6.95 restocking fee. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Please contact our support team with your receipt to initiate a return authorization.
